The Technology Guild owns the Engineer and Architect career track — the primary role type in the Calab.ai career pathway. This directory contains role-level criteria definitions that the Technology Guild expects from Engineers at each seniority level.
Primary Roles
Engineer Track
The Engineer track spans five seniority levels. Each level has a criteria file defining the Technology Guild’s expectations across Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, and Platform Architecture management practices.
Criteria
Cross-Guild Criteria
The Technology Guild contributes cross-guild criteria for roles owned by other guilds. This is done by defining what is expected of those roles when they interact with Technology Guild responsibilities.
Governance
Role criteria in this directory are owned and governed by the Technology Guild. Changes require approval from the Technology Guild Lead.
