Software Engineering Management

L5-SEM03	Has a broad and deep IT knowledge coupled with equivalent knowledge of the activities of those businesses and other organisations that employ IT.
L5-SEM04	Has a broad and deep knowledge of competitor offerings and can articulate the benefits of CA Labs offerings.

Solution Engineering Management

L5-SOL04	Is a visionary for the organisation in the development methodology space.
L5-SOL05	Takes authority for the development of Technical Quality artefacts in the consultants domains of expertise.
L5-SOL06	Transforms internal business drivers into consultant ready assets, policies and standards.

Platform Architecture Management

L5-PAM01	Broad and deep knowledge of the architecture of most Microsoft suites, platforms and offerings. Broad and deep knowledge of the architecture of competitor suites, platforms and offerings.
L5-PAM02	Can describe and document guidelines for integration of process and data across an entire enterprise and many application domains. This/her includes enterprises that employ a large variety of non-Microsoft technologies, practices and solutions.
L5-PAM03	Can assist clients with the creation of risk management plans for an organisations enterprise architecture.
L5-PAM04	Can lead the Business Architecture creation/review process with customers of organisations of all sizes.
