Value Stream Index
Purpose
This index provides a comprehensive listing of all Value Streams within Calab.ai. Value Streams are end-to-end flows that coordinate multiple practices to deliver value to customers or stakeholders.
What are Value Streams?
Value Streams represent how work flows through the organization to create and deliver value. Each Value Stream:
- Coordinates multiple practices across guilds
- Has clear start and end triggers
- Delivers specific outcomes to identified customers/stakeholders
- Optimizes end-to-end flow and cycle time
- Measures performance at the stream level
Important: Value Streams do NOT own practice artefacts (policies, processes, procedures). They coordinate and link to practices owned by Guilds.
