This index provides a comprehensive listing of all Guilds within Calab.ai, including their primary focus areas and the practices they govern.
What are Guilds?
Guilds are functional domains that own and govern related management practices. Each Guild:
- Provides domain expertise and capability development
- Governs practices within its domain
- Ensures practice artefacts are current and effective
- Contributes expertise to Value Streams and Products
- Develops capabilities and knowledge within the domain

Guild Governance
Decision Authority
- Guild Structure: Leadership Team approval required
- Guild Leadership: Leadership Team appointment
- Practice Addition/Removal: Guild Lead proposes, Leadership Team approves
- Practice Content: Guild Lead approval for significant changes
Review Cadence
- Quarterly: Guild performance reviews
- Annually: Guild strategic reviews and practice assessments
