VS02 Discovery to Deployment
Purpose and Outcomes
The Discovery to Deployment value stream represents the end-to-end flow for delivering GenAI solutions — from initial use case discovery through design, development, deployment, UAT, and project closeout. This stream defines Calab.ai’s hybrid delivery model: structured upfront (discovery and design with stage gates), agile development (fortnightly sprints), and structured release (deployment, UAT, and handover with formal sign-off).
The value stream applies to all three Calab.ai project types: Proof of Value (PoV), Pilot, and Production Ready — with the weight of each phase varying by project type.
