Sales Guild Cross-Guild Criteria

Overview

This section contains criteria that the Sales Guild defines for roles owned by other guilds. These are secondary criteria — the Sales Guild does not own these roles but has authority to define expectations within its domain (stakeholder engagement, client relationships, commercial awareness).

Role Types

How Cross-Guild Criteria Work

  1. The owning guild (e.g., Technology Guild for Engineers) defines primary criteria
  2. The Sales Guild defines what it expects from those roles when they interact with Sales-owned practices
  3. Both sets of criteria are aggregated into the Evaluation Workbook at render time
  4. Each guild governs its own criteria — the Sales Guild cannot modify Technology Guild criteria, and vice versa
