L3 Lead Engineer — Sales Guild Cross-Guild Criteria

These criteria define what the Sales Guild expects from a Lead Engineer (L3) who is primarily a Technology Guild role. They are authored and governed by the Sales Guild.

L3-SGM04Assists practice members in planning work, meeting goals and solving problems.
