L1 Engineer — Executive Guild Cross-Guild Criteria

These criteria define what the Executive Guild expects from an Engineer (L1) who is primarily a Technology Guild role. They are authored and governed by the Executive Guild. The Skill column maps each criterion to a skill and level in the Calab Skills Registry.
