Purpose
This section contains documentation for Calab.ai’s products and platforms. Each product has its own documentation structure covering architecture, technical planning, roadmaps, and decision records.
Active Products
Product Documentation Structure
Each product folder follows a standard structure:
- README.md - Product vision, stakeholders, and current status
- 01 Technical Planning.md - Technical planning and strategy
- 02 Architecture.md - Technical architecture details
- decisions/ - Product-specific decision records
- Diagrams/ - Visual diagrams and architecture maps
- Plans/ - Product plans and roadmaps
- Specs/ - Technical specifications
Governance
Product documentation is maintained by the relevant Product Owner and technical contributors, but repository review ownership is currently centralised through the Delivery Guild.

This is intentional. At the current team size, maintaining product-specific Entra groups and GitHub teams would add more administration than value. If product ownership boundaries become more stable or need stricter separation later, they can be introduced as an explicit governance change.
Architecture, security, and platform concerns are still handled through normal PR review, decision records, and cross-guild collaboration. The simplified review lane does not remove subject-matter accountability; it only keeps the access model easier to operate.
