Linear

Overview

Linear is the single system of record for all work tracking at Calab.ai. Plans map to Linear Projects, tasks to Issues, and steps to Sub-issues. Value Streams map to Initiatives and client asks to Customer Requests. Autonomous execution is delegated by assigning issues to the Copilot coding agent, which opens draft PRs linked back to the issue by branch name.

Access and Support

• Who has access: All staff
• Provisioning: Linear workspace membership, teams mirror guild structure (GL01–GL05)
• Support owner: GL04 Technology Guild
