L2 Senior Engineer — Delivery Guild Cross-Guild Criteria
These criteria define what the Delivery Guild expects from a Senior Engineer (L2) who is primarily a Technology Guild role. They are authored and governed by the Delivery Guild.
Consulting Management

| L2-CM03 | Can write clear functional specification documents for solution offerings across many technology streams OR in a specific technology stream related to the consultant’s core area of expertise. |
| L2-CM04 | Can run design workshops with a blended team of technical staff OR can run client facing requirements gathering workshops for often unclear or broad technical areas. Can assist in requirements gathering workshops and write simple user stories. |
| L2-CM05 | Helps other consultants submit leads to Account Directors. Able to relate well with all levels of staff management and stakeholders. |
Project Management

| L2-PM03 | Evidence of leading a technical project team and contribution to new topics on CA Labs internal forums such as Blogs, The Juice, Practice Meetings, Tech Talks, Mid-monthly meetings, User Group meetings or equivalent customer facing forums. At least 6 new topics per year on forums, or one Google Video recording per year or one internal live presentation every 2 years. |
Business Analysis Management
